Hourly consultation to discuss your child arrangements order and current circumstances.
All consultations include write up of discussion and agreed actions.
Documentation
Includes document review and consultation to outline yourposition statement to be filed with the court.
Dependent on the complexity of the case additional hours may be required.
Advocacy
We provide a McKenzie Friend and advocate service for court hearings and social services meetings, providing notes and agreed actions of parties present.
